GVAA Baseball, established in 1952, provides Recreational and Select Travel Baseball programs for the youths in the Walkersville, Glade & Lewistown Elementary School feeder districts. We are affiliated with Babe Ruth Baseball, and draft those youths within these charter boundaries. The boundary map is available to view in our DOCUMENT CENTER.

Besides Baseball, the Glade Valley Athletic Association provides children ages 4 - 18 many athletic outlets via our several sports leagues including Football, Soccer, Lacrosse, Basketball, Wrestling, Cheerleading and many more. The Glade Valley Athletic Association (GVAA) is very excited about our upcoming 2011 baseball season. We are actively trying to include more of our community into our program. This year we are offering you and your business new opportunities to participate and support our organization. One hundred percent of your contribution goes directly into the GVAA baseball program. They will be used for the operating cost of the program, maintenance to the facility, equipment and uniform costs, and our scholarship fund. Thank you in advance for your support
There are several different ways for you to support the GVAA baseball program. We have five primary baseball fields that have large permanent scoreboards with advertising space up year round for the extent of your commitment. Individual team sponsorship is available, in which your company logo is printed on the shirt or hat for the entire team you are sponsoring. In addition to these, there are also fence banners with individual business names/logo and group banners that would hold several business names/logos.It's a "home run" for your business!

Did you know that ALL GVAA Baseball coaches have to pass a mandatory coaches exam, take part in GVAA coaches clinics, and pass a mandatory criminal background check?
This is to ensure our young athletes have the best quality coaching program around!
